A very early release from Tasmanias most sought after distillery, and a high proof one to top it off. Bottled at 60% from a single Bourbon cask, this pre-"American Oak" labelled bottle is a must have for any hard-core SC fan who was not amongst the lucky few who were onto these whiskies in the early days.

A well-aged Sullivan's Cove, filled into a cask in Mar 2000 and bottled in Apr 2010. 236 bottles produced.
