'Old & Rare' American Oak releases are matured for a minimum of sixteen years in casks previously used to age bourbon. A whisky from this series was awarded "World's Best Single Cask Single Malt" at the World Whiskies Awards in 2018. It promises incredible complexity and length of palate; rich, oaky and hugely textural while still retaining the unmistakable brightness and character of Sullivans Cove’s unique spirit. Each bottle is presented in a unique, hand-made, solid wood presentation box and includes a letter of authenticity hand signed by Head Distiller, Heather Tillott. HH0107 was filled in 1999 and bottled in 2018 from a cask yielding just 208 bottles. 47.4% Alc./Vol. One only available.
