Sullivans Cove Single Cask HH0010 25 Year Old Single Malt Australian Whisky (700ml)

Distillery Manager, Heather Tillot states, “HH0010 is one of the defining casks in shaping Sullivans Cove’s approach to careful maturation. A profound display of age and character, and an enduring piece of Tasmanian and global whisky history.” Aged 25 years and 6 months in an American oak second-fill cask, this benchmark release for the Australian whisky industry is a limited edition of 349 bottles. The company's CEO adds, “It's more than just a rare single cask. It’s a living record of our history, proof of what patience and conviction can achieve, and a statement of what world whisky has become. Twenty-five years ago, this was an audacious experiment. Today, it stands as proof that with skill, craftsmanship, and patience, great whiskies can come from anywhere in the world”. The bottle comes suitably housed in a bespoke timber presentation box with a removable display plinth and the numbers "25" highlighted in a polished gold-toned feature on the lid. Notes from the producers... Nose: A rich and creamy burst of mandarin, fig, chocolate, and cherry jam, wrapped in layers of coconut and peppermint. Palate: A silken wash of tropical fruits, spiced pastries, and nutty depth, balanced by a subtle umami richness. Finish: Sweet citrus and dried mango unfold into honeyed malt and strawberries and cream, as soft florals of jasmine, lavender, and Turkish delight linger.
