Also included as a complement to the truffle are Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Orris Root, Flaked Salt and Black Pepper. Described as a savoury style and best enjoyed neat or with a splash of soda (garnished with sage). Also recommended as a Martini: 60ml Black Truffle Gin, 10ml Dry Vermouth with small dash of Olive Brine, stirred on ice and strained into a martini glass with an olive garnish. 40% Alc./Vol.
