A new seasonal release from Stone Pine that's a collaboration with Biota Dining in Bowral.
200 individually numbered and signed bottles were produced with the botanical mix including fresh elderflower from the Biota kitchen garden. The delicate flavour of elderflower is complemented by two natives: saltbush and lemon myrtle, together with juniper and other traditional gin botanicals. Enjoy it straight up or try an Elderflower Sour, with gin, lemon juice, egg white and elderflower cordial on crushed ice. 40% Alc./Vol.
