Bright pale straw colour. Medium sized bead with medium persistence. Short mousse. Subtle aroma of citrus and grapefruit followed by a hint of confectionary as an end note. Citrus and grapefruit palate flavours with confectionary again appearing followed by a touch of unripe peach. Crisp acid finish.

Bright, pale straw colour with green hue. Fine but short bead. Very short mousse. The nose is very subdued, with notes of biscuit, yeast lees and grapefruit. Creamy palate. Flavours of cashew and lees over a layer of unripe yellow peach and lees. Creamy texture. Aftertaste of yeast lees and yellow peach.
