The 2025 edition of Springbank's oldest official bottling was matured in 85% Bourbon and 15% Sherry casks. The outturn was higher than previous years, with 1900 bottles released. 46% Alc./Vol.
Notes from the producers... Nose: A rich and honeyed introduction to this dram, there are notes of ripe peaches, honeycomb and creamy chocolate. Palate: There is a vibrancy on the palate, with familiar tropical fruit and fresh tangerine notes, and a leathery note reminiscent of old library books developing over time. Finish: Tart and syrupy in the finish, with notes of brambles, maraschino cherries and a dunnage warehouse note to round off this dram.
