Tasting note: Aged in French oak barrels that previously held ice pressed Chardonnay from Fraser Gallop Estate. Botanicals include native finger lime and salt bush. Crystal clear. The complex and distinctive bouquet is limey, briny and herbaceous developing with fresh juniper and coriander. Follows with tangy, medium to full bodied flavours of lemon grass, white pepper and lime juice and a warming, prolonged salty finish. Juniper rising late in the aftertaste. Excellent persistence. 40% Alc./Vol.
