Small-batch distilled from limestone-filtered water, Sinkhole Gin features a range of botanicals including local honey and native muntries foraged from coastal areas of the Limestone coast.

Tasting note: [Batch 2] Earthy juniper, cardamom (?), light vanilla and fruity / floral aromas leading into a silky, gently sweet gin with flavours of juniper, light citrus and herbal teas. Minerally then drying to finish. Excellent intergration with a distinctive mouthfeel. 40% Alc./Vol. 300 bottles
