Sparkling Shiraz and turkey are a wonderful combination. The rich fruity flavours of Shiraz bounce off the cranberry sauce to provide a harmonious pairing. Very deep crimson colour, with deep mauve mousse and fine persistent bead. The nose is impressive, with lifted notes of plum, liquorice and a hint of blackberry. Excellent creamy textured palate, with palate flavours of blackberry, plum and liquorice. Very impressive length and depth, followed by a very long liquorice and plum aftertaste.
