Impressively packaged, the bottle alone is worth the price of admission. A heady white mousse overlays a pale straw, pale gold edged base wine that has a very fine and persistent bead. Lifted pear and baked apple aromas meld with bready yeast lees notes over faint hints of dried honey, toast and citrus. Rich with a creamy like texture the palate has mouthfilling flavours of pears and apples married to baked bread and yeast lees characters with an undercurrent of subtle dried honey. Finishes dry and crisp with refreshing citrus. Long aftertaste of pears, apples, dried honey, yeasty baked bread characters and citrus.
