Scarlet Verde Amaro (700ml)

Founded in 2021 by veteran bartender Tatsuya Motonaga, Iseya Distillery is located in a renovated century-old farmhouse near Lake Sagami, Kanagawa. The Scarlet project focuses on "Japanese Amaro," utilizing over 30 botanicals, many estate-grown without pesticides or sourced from local farmers, to create spirits that reflect Japanese terroir. Every step, from harvesting and maceration to hand-labeling and bottling, is performed without automation to preserve the structural integrity and natural sediment of the raw ingredients.

This vibrant green (Verde) amaro is built on a unique base of mugwort spirit and infused with 41 different botanicals. At 32% ABV, it is the most potent and concentrated entry in the lineup. Because of its intense herbal punch, featuring fresh wormwood, fennel, and bergamot, it's exceptionally effective when used in small amounts to add layers of cooling, herbal complexity to a cocktail, or enjoyed neat as a traditional after-dinner digestive.
