Scarlet Aperitivo (700ml)

Founded in 2021 by veteran bartender Tatsuya Motonaga, Iseya Distillery is located in a renovated century-old farmhouse near Lake Sagami, Kanagawa. The Scarlet project focuses on "Japanese Amaro," utilizing over 30 botanicals, many estate-grown without pesticides or sourced from local farmers, to create spirits that reflect Japanese terroir. Every step, from harvesting and maceration to hand-labeling and bottling, is performed without automation to preserve the structural integrity and natural sediment of the raw ingredients.

Scarlet Aperitivo is the flagship of the range, this bitter is macerated with 25 botanicals including blood orange peel, jasmine, wormwood, and hops. Unlike other expressions in the lineup, it skips barrel aging to maintain a bright, light-bodied profile specifically designed for versatility in Spritzes and high-acid cocktails.
