Tasting note: Pure bright amber gold, flashes in the glass. Nosing yields semi sweet aromas of golden syrup, dried honey and chico lollies followed by suggestions of ginger bread and cinnamon. Slightly thin on entry with light to medium bodied, breezy flavours of golden syrup, raw sugar and banana cake, drying towards the finish. Pleasant cinnamon warmth, otherwise meekly spiced.
