This wine has spent 12 months in American oak. Fine mouse, deep dull purple colour with moderate persistence of bead. Aroma of plum, spice and just a hint of vanilla. On the palate flavours of plum and spice emerge with just a touch of cinnamon in the background. Fine dry tannins. Aftertaste of plum and spice.
