A fluffy mousse shows good hold over a pale straw coloured base that has a very fine bead flowing through it. Aromas of ripe apple and pear are married to citrus, sherbet and faint lees notes. Airy flavours of red apple and fresh pears flow evenly across the palate with notions of citrus and light sherbet also present. Dry refreshing finish with a medium length aftertaste.
