Produced at Jamaica's Long Pond distillery in a double retort pot still, this Caribbean gem was matured in an x Irish whisky cask from Teeling, so originally x Bourbon. Bottled in 2018 at natural strength exclusively for Australian & New Zealand rum lovers.
Very limited allocation. Notes from Plantation... Nose: banana, bitter orange, prune and nutmeg followed by meaty and gingery notes. The palate is rich and full with notes of tobacco, mango and liqourice. Some wood smoke, cloves and toffee through the finish. 52.1% Alc./Vol.
