Distilled in column stills and matured in ex-Whisky casks (66%) and ex-Bourbon casks (34%), the oldest rum in this blend is eleven years old.

Tasting note: Pale golden amber colour. Deep, warming aromas of mocha, dried peach, banana cake, buttered fruit bread and cedary oak. Narrow and oaky on entry. Builds with a delicious, off-dry mid palate peak of molasses, pecan roll, cinnamon and a delayed molasses, liquorice strap and vanillan oak finish.
