The Peat’s Beast range was created in 2011 by the Fox Fitzgerald Whisky Trading Company.
A collaborative effort between Eamonn Jones (regional director at Whyte & Mackay), and Gerald Erdrich (his importer), their dear departed friend, Mark Graham assumed the role of creator while Aidan Smith ensured quality was maintained at every step. When industry legend, Richard Paterson (aka “The Nose”), confirmed that the attributes of the dram were nothing less than "awesome", the team knew they had created a genuine freak: Natural strength, untamed and ferociously peaty. According to the bottlers, you can also expect seductive notes of moist banana cake, thick treacle, mocha with whispers of sweet pineapple, ginger and cumin. 52.1% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
