Pascal Bouchard Cremant de Bourgogne
A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Overflows with a fluffy white mousse that slowly subsides to reveal a pale straw coloured base that has an exceptionally fine bead of bubbles flowing through it. Fresh pear and citrus aromas are interwoven with yeast lees, baked bread and subtle honeyed cashew notes. Enveloping baked bread, yeast lees and citrus flavours are wrapped up in a creamy textural feel. Delicate pear and cashew elements linger in the background. Finishes dry with mouth watering acidity and a long richly flavoured aftertaste.
