Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvee Brut

Good white creamy mousse with very fine and persistent bead. Pale straw coloured base wine. Aromas of grapefruit, baked bread and citrus. Clean refreshing simple palate flavours of grapefruit, citrus and some baked bread. Crisp finish with aftertaste of grapefruit and citrus.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013).
