The Oxford Artisan Distillery (aka 'Toad') is the ancient city's first distilling venture, with copper stills built in conjunction with Paul Pridham, England's last great steam engine boiler-maker. The company also makes gin, absinthe and rye whiskies sourcing local grains and botanicals.
Far from neutral, their vodka is full-bodied, tangy, peppery and fresh with the rye contributing an oiliness to the finish. 40% Alc./Vol.
