Olave Rojo Vermouth (750ml)

A classic red vermouth from Spain prepared following traditional methods by blending wines with up to 80 different herbs and botanicals that have been macerated for more than 2 months. A further 3 months in oak casks adds another layer of flavour.

Tasting note: Translucent sienna brown with ochre edges. Lifted and fresh bouquet offers a medley of pink grapefruit, cola, clove, cardamom, liquorice root and quinine. Medium bodied, svelte textured with mildly bitter flavours of dried herb, cola and dried apricot. Finishes gently acidic, fresh and grapefruit-like with the bitter herbal qualities echoed in the aftertaste. 16% Alc./Vol.
