This sparkling is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Creamy white mousse with very fine persistent bead. Pale straw coloured base wine. Aromas of grapefruit, baked apple, biscuit and yeast lees. Flavours of lemon, grapefruit and baked apple along with a hint of toast. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of baked apple and grapefruit.
