Tasting note: Brilliant gold. Aroma wise, fairly pedestrian, with all the typical Bourbon notes – vanilla, caramel, bubble gum, marshmallow, some mild orchard fruitiness and later milk chocolate...all very clean. A flurry of spices adds concentration to the dryish delivery. Well handled malt and oak integration allows the quality of the spirit to shine. 43% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

First tasted 2015... Bright amber gold. Soft aromas of buttered scones, roasted almonds, dried fruits and hints of all-spice. Light to medium bodied with vanilla malt and an attractive cinnamon / white pepper overlay. Hints of orange peel in the finish. Spicy and satisfying.
