Shimmering water-white in the glass. The nose opens with subtle, understated aromas of enoki mushroom and faint white rice, layered with a touch of cream and the barest hint of spearmint. Elegant and similarly restrained on the palate, showing delicate notes of white chocolate, cream, and watermelon rind, all underscored by a soft, lactic texture. Clean and uncomplicated, this sake balances its subtle profile with enough crisp acidity to cut through richer, fatty appetizers, culminating in a dry and texturally grippy finish.
