Mountain Distilling Gin (500ml)

A gin based on locally foraged botanicals including new-growth pine needles and native Mountain Pepperberry found throughout distillery's locale. Orange zest, lemon myrtle, juniper and coriander are also included in the mix. Fresh fragrances of pine buds, lemon myrtle, subtle orange oils and frail pepper engage the nose with brief air contact accenting a lemony note. The palate shows great texture with a melting pot of all-things citrus. The finish is creamy yet vibrant; juniper and mineral notes follow with lemon verbena / lemonade flavours through the aftertaste. 43% Alc./Vol.
