From the foothills of the Macedon ranges, this Aussie interpretation of tequila is produced from 100% organic Blue Weber Agaves. It can't be called 'Tequila' because it's made outside of Jalisco, Mexico. The open fermentation combines an isolated yeast strain sourced from tequila and mezcal producers in Mexico plus a subtle influence from local wild yeasts. 46% Alc./Vol.
