Fine satiny white mousse overlays a pale straw coloured base that has pale gold tinged edges and a steady stream of fine bubbles flowing through it. Aromas of pear and toast meld with citrus and yeast lees like notes. Rich vanillin pear, dried honey and toast flavours are framed by a creamy textural feel with elements of yeast lees and baked apple lying underneath. Dry crisp finish with a full yet refreshing aftertaste.
