A limited collaboration with 2018 World Class Bartender of the Year, Orlando Marzo saw to a February harvest of green walnuts from Michael Edwards’ orchard in the Yarra Ranges. That now forms the backbone of Marionette's Nocino. Their iconic camphor aroma is complemented by the chocolatey notes of toasted wattleseed. The tang of lemon myrtle completes the liqueur, bringing this classic Italian digestif to life.
