A very fine Rose Champagne. The mousse is creamy pink followed by very fine persistent bead. Delicate damask pink apricot colour. The nose is more subtle than the blanc Champagne, with notes of yeast lees and biscuit emerging. Creamy texture with a delightful finesse on the palate. Subtle flavours of nut, biscuit and lees emerge and last well into the aftertaste.
