Manly Spirits Coastal Stone Shiraz Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky (500ml)

The first Shiraz cask batch was released April 2022 and comes matured in ex-Barossa Shiraz casks filled during the company's first year of distilling. Low key malt and moderate oak-driven aromas lead into an approachable, light to medium-bodied delivery with berry-infused tea and vanilla oak-like flavours. Ends with a pleasing tang, mild astringency and a gentle spicy kick. Limited to around 1000 bottles per batch. 46% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
