Manly Spirits Coastal Citrus Gin (700ml)

A collaboration with Kurtis Bosley of Public House Management Group that takes its inspiration from Australian coastal botanicals. Earthy citrus notes from Lemon Aspen partner with exotic Myer lemon to give a punchy citrus hit which is offset by the delicate savoury flavours from local Sea Parsley and fresh Coriander. All of which is rounded out with the classic juniper back bone.

Tasting note: Clear. Rock pools, sea spray and hints of shell fish. Second pass suggests brine, lemon peel, piney juniper, touches of white pepper and coriander. A creamy entry followed by flavours of lemon peel, juniper, fresh coriander and cool-mint confectionary. Crescendos at the finish which is peppery, tongue tingling, salty, wonderfully vibrant and prolonged. Lingering coriander and juniper aftertaste. Great stuff. 43% Alc./Vol.
