Manly Spirits Coastal Citrus Gin (700ml)

A collaboration with Kurtis Bosley of Public House Management Group that takes its inspiration from Australian coastal botanicals. Earthy citrus notes from Lemon Aspen partner with exotic Myer lemon to give a punchy citrus hit which is offset by the delicate savoury flavours from local Sea Parsley and fresh Coriander. All of which is rounded out with the classic juniper back bone.

[43% ABV bottling tasted] Clear. Rock pools, sea spray and hints of shell fish. Second pass suggests brine, lemon peel, piney juniper, touches of white pepper and coriander. A creamy entry followed by flavours of lemon peel, juniper, fresh coriander and cool-mint confectionary. Crescendos at the finish which is peppery, tongue tingling, salty, wonderfully vibrant and prolonged. Lingering coriander and juniper aftertaste. Great stuff.
