The third batch in Billy Walker's Lum Reek series sees malts sourced from Speyside and Islay then blended with aged GlenAllachie. The spirit was then laid to rest in premium Spanish sherry casks, wine barriques and virgin oak casks before bottling at a natural cask strength of 58.7% ABV, with no colour added and non-chill filtered for maximum flavour.
