A limited edition Mackmyra. Around a third of the casks used in Blomstertid previously aged cherry wine, which in turn gives the whisky notes of cherries and berries as well as contributing colour.
One only to sell. Notes from the producer… Gently oaky with wonderful notes of berries, fruit, flowers, citrus and ginger. A more spicy oak is found along with herbs like anise and tobacco leaves. Fruity with a taste of berries. A well balanced oak- and fruitiness marries with cherries, sweet raisins, and vanilla fudge. The texture is medium thick. 46.1% Alc./Vol. Other reviews...
