Luxardo Bitter Bianco shares the same herbs, aromatic plants and citrus fruits as its orange-coloured sibling, Luxardo Bitter. Before the blending process, however, most of the infusions are distilled, a process which turns its appearance transparent and slightly changes the flavour profile. Roman Absinth (Wormwood), added to the end product enhances its bitter taste. Pitched to twist classic cocktails such as Negronis (making a Negroni Bianco), a Paloma into a Paloma Bianco, etc., it can also be enjoyed neat or over ice as a classic aperitif. 30% Alc./Vol.
