Pours with a buoyant mousse which sits atop a pale straw coloured base that has pale gold tinged edges. The bead fine and persistent. Pronounced pear and ripe apple aromas mingle with a faint whiff of honeysuckle and quince. Light and invigorating across the palate, fresh pear, citrus and red apple fruits are featured over a dry chalk tinged back drop that also sees some subtle lees characters evident. Crisp acidity with a racy finish.
