Tasting note: Clear. Lifted and densely packed bouquet offering light pine and juniper over fruity scents of lemon myrtle yoghurt, orange zest, smokey cardamom and peppercorn. Remarkably creamy at this strength; mid palate is semi-sweet with cough lozenge over background piney juniper. Finish is drier, more keenly peppery, tingly, lemon myrtle-like, fresh and medium long. A full bodied, well-balanced high ABV style that's eminently drinkable at 50%.
