No.33 in Loch's ever expanding series is distilled from peated malt & aged in ex-Loch virgin Hungarian oak casks. Tasted from a 20ml sample, the aromas are pillow-soft accenting sweet malt and discreet smokiness; the palate is medium bodied, pure, softly textured and biscuity through the middle, with just the right amount of oak and sweet peat to match the bitter dark chocolate finish.
