Tasting note: [20ml sample] Rested in French oak barrels for three years, this brass-gold coloured brandy offers strong cidery aromas before notes of apple pie and cinnamon. Initially slightly woody and non-descript, it develops definition with a medium burst of baked apple and pear tart. The finish is pleasantly astringent with the fruit flavours delicately expressed. 41.6% Alc./Vol.
