The natural strength releases of this emphatic Islay malt are typically thick in body, with fabulous medicinal/maritime peat smoke. As a purist's choice, they’re also minimally filtered (i.e.- barrier filtered only to remove the small char particles).

We have a very small volume of BATCH 3 on offer, bottled Jan 2011. Described as a "peaty sea monster", these batch expressions developed a strong following, quickly selling out since the first release in 2009. 55.3% Alc./Vol.
