A delicate Rose Champagne. Pink, creamy mousse, with moderate size bead and good persistence. The Champagne is apricot pink in colour, showing some bottle development. Aroma of winter strawberries, yeast lees and spice. Creamy palate texture, with clean acid finish. Aftertaste of winter strawberries, lemon and sherbet.
