Excellent creamy purple coloured mousse that shows good hold. Very fine bead showing excellent persistence. Black dark red base wine colour. Aromas of blackberry, liquorice and spice are followed by some earthy notes. Full bodied the palate displays ripe blackberry, liquorice and spice flavours with an earthy overlay but lacking some depth. Dry finish with aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice and earthy spice.
