Magnus Master Blender Nancy "The Nose" Fraley has a background in brandy production, so it's not surprising that she uses similar techniques as those used to create Cognac, Brandy, or blended Scotch, including a slow reduction to the final proof. This one's unusual for a Bourbon in that it's been matured in a Sherry cask, aimed at replicating an original Joseph Magnus Bourbon found in a 122-year-old relic.
