Isfjord Premium Arctic Gin (700ml)

A new gin, 5 times hand-distilled with 180,000 year old iceberg water from the icefiord of Ilulissat in Greenland.

Tasting note: Crystal clear. Nosing reveals a burst of fresh sawn pine, mixed peel and dried juniper followed by traces of lavender and pine; hints of rose petal emerge with aeration. A wonderful gin sniff! The palate is keenly balanced bewteen seductive spices and botanicals over a light, clean spirit. More juniper is evident here than on the nose. Overall, dryish, finishing creamy, fresh and clean with the juniper, pine needle and spice notes maintaining good persistence. 44% Alc./Vol.
