Produced at Heathcote's Domaine Asmara, this gin is distilled from estate-grown Shiraz grapes, otherwise reserved for their flagship red. The result captures lots of ripe, grapey goodness in a lip-smacking botanical setting with citrus, warming spices and gentle tannins countering the plummy sweetness.
