Aged for 2.5 years in x-Bourbon and Australian Rye Solera barrels and created with American whiskey enthusiasts in mind, this blend of Australian grains opens with appealing toasted cereal aromas, the rye cask contributing a subtle oiliness (or is it the corn?); Semi-sweet grain flavours and suggestions of herbal teas turn nutty, spicy and malt-like.
