Herno Sloe Gin (500ml)

A Swedish berry infused gin which has been matured with organic sloe berries for three months before being gently sweetened and bottled at 30% abv.

Tasting note: [2017 batch tasted] Cloudy topaz / autumn leaf brown appearance. Authentic aromas of cherry tart, fruit mince pie, marzipan and hints of dried cranberry. A medium weight, drier styled delivery with a spicy, herbal edge to the berry infusion; Complex sweet and sour notes are beautifully juxtaposed. Ends pleasantly tart with cranberry, marzipan and refreshing hints of woody juniper in the aftertaste. Distinctive. 30% Alc./Vol. Unfiltered.
