Excellent creamy white mousse, very persistent, very fine bead. Deep straw colour with distinctive nose of vegemite, yeast lees and biscuit, showing developed characteristics. Very fine creamy palate with excellent length and persistence. Flavours of toasted biscuits, yeast lees and grapefruit emerge. Clean acid finish.
